PBW needed a full-funnel social campaign to promote the 2024 event across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. The challenge was to improve consistency, sharpen positioning, upgrade content quality, and coordinate a growing team to execute at speed while keeping messaging tight and platform-native.

I led the social campaign end-to-end, from strategy through execution. This included rebuilding the content plan around platform-native formats, introducing new repeatable content series, and upgrading video production across founder/team content to improve authority and engagement. I managed the social team day-to-day, supported recruitment to strengthen execution capacity, and ran internal workshops to raise content standards and improve the team’s workflow. I also worked on-location with the team in Paris to capture content and maintain momentum around key campaign moments.

  • Led PBW’s 2024 social campaign from A–Z across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube

  • Introduced new content strategy + recurring content series to increase consistency and output

  • Raised production quality with founder/team-led video content to strengthen authority and trust

  • Delivered internal social media workshops to level up team capability and standards

  • Worked on-location with the team in Paris (including the company trip at Patrick Mouratoglou’s hotel) to capture content and support campaign momentum
